Last weekend, I met with these two to capture the moments of a very special date. It was their 60th wedding anniversary. I cannot imagine what it must feel like to have been with the love of your life for 60 years. It is so inspiring to see two people still so much in love. The location, where they had their surprise sunset, hot chocolate and s'mores date, was on land that they own. Out there is an amazing old rock cabin, a beautiful view, and so much peace and quiet. Enjoy some of the photos I got that evening, and try not to melt over the sweetness of these two.
I am a local photographer in Fort Scott, Kansas. I live in rural Fort Scott with my husband and our Bengal, Nessi Roo. Photography has been my passion for many years and I have the experience to go along with it. I live for moments of happiness, peace, love, and faith and I truly believe that my photography reflects that.

Sneak Peek | Grotheer Family
On our rainy, cloudy, chilly Thanksgiving morning, I met with my aunt Linda and her beautiful family for a quick session. This is their first photo shoot with their newest addition, Sadie. Sadie is the 30th grand kid for my grandmother, needless to say, I come from a rather large family...but I wouldn't have it any other way! As always, they were great to work with! Enjoy a few of my favorites from the session!
